All of these will require massive re-education of Filipinos on sustainability values, knowledge and skills and promote the preservation and development of cultural and artistic/creative expressions of sustainability. All institution of learning and R&D (research and development) will be re-focus on sustainability principles & practices supporting the mainstreaming & institutionalization of all these 15-point Green Agenda in all aspects of our society with public R&D budget increase by 500% and support to Filipino inventors and their associations for green innovations on top of its priority. Sufficient support to our artists and creatives, especially in the promotion of a Filipino culture of sustainability and sapat will be provided.
