Ensure Self-Determination of 
"Peoples" & Final Peace Settlements
Fully empower the self determination of the Indigenous Peoples (IP) by immediately completing the recognition of their right to land & domain, full public support to the formulation and implementation of their ADSDPP (Ancestral Domain Sustainable  Development & Protection Plan), and defending the integrity of their territories from encroachment  of non IPs & full enforcement of the free, prior, informed consent (FPIC) system. Similar support and protection shall be accorded the Bangsamoro and the Cordilleras towards sustainable development of their domains and territories; subject to relevant provisions of the Bangsamoro law and future autonomy acts for the Cordilleras. This agenda will likewise pursue the final peaceful resolutions of all remaining rebellions by acting on the root causes of terrorism through a comprehensive peace negotiations and settlements. Under no condition shall total war as a response to rebellions will be resorted to. However, we shall fully support the state's protect the integrity of our territory and the lives, welfare and property of our communities against unprovoked violence from rebel groups against non-combatants.
